We will be having an informal burger braai at Haycroft Farm on the Friday evening before the big day. Please bring your own burgers, rolls and drinks – toppings will be provided. Please drop Tay or Matt a WhatsApp if you will be joining.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by 16 April 2025, so we can have an accurate headcount well in advance for catering purposes.
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please check your invite to see if you have been allocated a plus one.
What will the weather be like?
A Durban winter is not always, in essence, a true winter; the days can be warm, while the nights turn rather cold. Then again, it has been known to snow in the Midlands. So, we recommend bringing something to keep you nice and toasty, just in case it’s extra chilly.
What should I wear?
We’d love for everyone to follow a formal suit-and-tie dress code to keep things stylish and special. It would mean so much if you could dress within the wedding colour palette to bring our vision to life! Ladies, if you’re wearing heels, we recommend comfy block or wedge styles since there are grassy areas. Gentlemen, feel free to rock a classic white shirt. Thank you for helping us make the day unforgettable!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by canapés by the dam. The reception will then move indoors for an evening of celebration.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
You’re welcome to take your own photos and videos of our big day but please refrain from doing so during the official ceremony and reception moments – our professional photographer and videographers are very good at their jobs and we promise they will capture every moment for all of us.
Can I bring my little one?
As much as we would love to have all our special little ones with us, we can only accommodate immediate family. We truly appreciate your understanding.
